Once you have logged in to, downloaded, redeemed a key or otherwise accessed our private software, you have received the full value of your purchase and will no longer be eliigible for any return, refund or credit. Payments made are non-refundable and billed in advance. You will not receive any refund or credit to your account for partial or non-usage of the services provided. The provided subscription can be cancelled, discontinued or terminated at any time without any reason by Shellsoftware.

Refunds are only possible, if the provided subscription is not at least partial functional. This only applies, if all necessary steps to ensure functionallity have been taken by the user and administrator team. You may request for a refund to the Shellsoftware administration team only and said team will decide over your request.
